On April 12, 1977, at the Queen Plaza Ky Hoa, the “Leadership Appointment Ceremony” took place with key positions of HungHau Holdings. Attending the ceremony were Mr. Tran Van Hau – Chairman of HungHau Holdings, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Tam – Vice Chairman of HungHau Holdings, together with all staffs of the corporation & managers of subsidiaries.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Tran Van Hau, Chairman of HungHau Holdings, emphasized: “The previous board of directors has done a good job in the past, and we want to consolidate this appointment. At the ceremony, Ms. Pham Thi Minh Nguyet – Chief Executive Office of HungHau Holdings announced the decisions of the Chairman of the Board on the appointment, which are:
– Decision No. 66.2017 / HHH / QD, Chairman HungHau Holdings signed the decision appointing Mr. Tu Thanh Phung – Holding the position of Executive Director from April 12,2017.
– Decision No. 68.2017 / HHH / QD, Chairman HungHau Holdings has appointed Mr. Nguyen Minh Duc – holding the position of Managing Director of Economy since April 12, 2017.
– Decision No. 73.2017 / HHH / QD, Chairman HungHau Holdings has appointed Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ha – Holding the position of Chief Financial Officer since April 12, 2017.
