On December 11, 2016 occurred the Vietnam HR Day 2016 at National Convention Center in Hanoi. This event was organized by the Young Entrepreneurs Association (DNT) Vietnam, EduViet Corporation, National Entrepreneurship Association (viNen), and Vietnam HR Community (HR Link). This is the third consecutive time that HungHau Holdings has attended Vietnam HR Day and is one of the main sponsors of this year’s event.
According to the Board of Organizers, Vietnam HR Day 2016 took place under the theme “Human resource management in start-up period”, including a general session and four thematic rooms focusing on the important phenomenon, and the essential issues for the human resource management of enterprises in start-up phases. To HungHau, human resource management has always been paid special attention with various programs for employee benefits, rewards for excellent employees, and rewards for them on special occasions such as Tet Holidays. Moreover, Hung Hau is always interested in the development of successor staffs, who are the core force to create a breakthrough in economic, social and cultural development in Vietnam so that this team can be improved and grown up, contributing to the development of the whole country. Coming to the event this year, Hung Hau contributed to the strengthening of the Vietnam HR community to share new trends, along with the opportunities and challenges in the context of current integration. In addition, the exhibition booth of Hung Hau has also attracted the event’s guests come visit and learn about the information and business activities of the Company.
Through over 5 times this event was held, the Vietnam HR Day has received the attention, supports, and participation of thousands of entrepreneurs, professionals, managers and HR staffs working in both domestic and foreign organizations. This event provides an opportunity to help businesses, entrepreneurs to share knowledge, experiences and find the insights in the field of human resources management during and after the crisis, leading them to go forward to the future.
